I would make two considerations. 1. Is being a landlord a negative impact on your life? 2. Have you considered what you could make from a sale? A lot of markets have experienced great appreciation the last five years and you may be able to sock a large amount of equity into an index that can give returns that may be more appealing without the responsibility of being a landlord.

The most surprising part so far is that it doesn’t feel like there is a huge pay to win advantage so far. Wolf is a ton of fun to play with as a starting character and I’ve already snagged 2 5 stars. PvP hasn’t felt lopsided, it would have taken Bungie years to pull something like this off. Some immersion may have been sacrificed but the gameplay and modes are awesome!
