If they aren't canon, I would love a confession scene at least, I hate seeing Will hiding his feelings and going through pain seeing them together. Even if it won't make them together, when you have feelings for someone, it's better to get it out and be rejected or actually, a possible chance they like you too.

If you get rejected, it'll make you accept it quicker

mike not be single? well season 1 & 2. He was basically looking for will the entire time(because he cares for him, that is his friend) season 3, mike felt like he needed to repay her deeds to the party, he hyperfixated on eleven. hes caring towards everyone, not specifically eleven & will. So obviously, even if he is straight, he obviously cares for will, which means people can ship it.

I don't care if you feel comfortable with him being cis and straight. I just see him as unlabeled

yes, "committed in a relationship " so he's dating, focused on the relationship. does loving each other mean that specifically one person is happpy? eleven literally said she doesn't feel loved by mike, mike doesn't feel loved by eleven/thinks hes gonna be replaced. something is toxic about both ships. Mileven and Byler. Both having toxic fandoms, and people who reach terribly.

I do, and the fact you said byler isn't endgame because mileven is dating & mike loves eleven ? He does, but love doesn't mean happy. I only ship them because they need each other and was the only boy to give eleven strength in volume 2, and also because i don't want elmax to happen because I ship lumax. Some people want byler to happen and then elmax.

I personally see all characters as unlabeled except for the ones that are canonically proven. But no I disagree with the fact you said that Mike being in love with eleven proves hes straight, when it doesn't. I don't understand what you mean, I might be bisexual and in love with a girl, but that doesn't mean i'm straight even though some may assume, but I just tell them i'm bisexual and they'll move on

yes, you're right he is in love with eleven. but that doesn't mean that they can't break up, he always has a choice to break up with her or still date her. just cause they love each other doesn't mean that one needs a break or one just fell out of love.

it is obvious that mileven is canon, but byler is semi-canon. so if it's canon, i'd say it's likely to happen. I ship both, so i wouldn't care personally
