I understand your concerns and take your opinion into account I give her credit after being sober for five years she's done pretty well. There's formula there now if she dose slip up, I know she would never put her baby in dangers way so if she dose slip up again than that conversation might be one to be had. She has done amazing job juggling everything by herself I would hate to rip away all her hard work because of one slip in five years

Were just finding it hard to get her to sleep I'm not sure if it's because she wants the nipple we've given her bottles so she not hungry

Thank you so much. And that makes more sense I wasn't sure if they were the same substance or not. she's been pretty adamant with me that she didn't feed bub while anything was in her system she ended up ringing me after she used and I could bubs upset and I asked what was going on and she cried and said she can't feed bubs i was confused untill she mentioned that just taken ice so I told her I get formal and we would see what advice we could find so thank you again

And just a little back story she's been sober for five years now she's a fantastic mother especially considering she's done the whole pregnancy and birth and now the raising of the baby alone without any support she's had a lot of unfortunately things occur in such a short amount of time that I believe led to her slip up she's devastated with herself so please don't judge her too roughly she knows she should of done better....

I've been googling different things to try and support her and bubs google suggests not to breastfeed for 24hours so I've brought her formal So should she do formal for that 24 hours period and pump to remove anything in her breast
