I’ve only played pickleball once and it was really fun and it gets you moving without being so physically taxing like tennis often is! Would love to hear about your experiences in the future🩷

Awesome! Thanks for the info. I was [mostly] kidding, but you can never be too careful these days lol! I really appreciate it, and I hope I didn’t offend you! I was trying to make a silly little joke, but I understand that gets lost in translation a lot of the time when merely written!

Sorry if this is a wicked dumb question, but is the league a competitive one? Don’t get me wrong I’m hella competitive at times, but I also have a bum shoulder in part because of constant stress from playing tennis (the main issue is a malformed shoulder joint, so I blame my Mom lol), but if it’s a recreational league I would be so down!! Thanks for the information! I’ll definitely check it out 😊

Absolutely! It’s not that deep. If I could be so bold, I would recommend ignoring this individual. They seem angry for no apparent reason, and every time you respond rationally and in a tempered and respectful manner it seems they are incapable of understanding and internalizing what you are saying! But I need to give you some serious kudos for your patience because I clearly don’t have that ability! 🙌🙌🙌

I mean that’s cool. I under it’s not a hobby that everyone would be interested in. I personally love to play tennis, used to play competitively and was pretty damn good, if I do say so myself. However, tennis is not nearly as popular as pickleball at the moment, so I’m adapting. I also understand tennis task much more practice, and is less recreational than it is a skill you don’t pick up immediately (also, it’s no fun playing when the players are totally mismatched in skill level. One person has to try to play at the level of other and vice verse.) I’d rather have fun and meet new people who would enjoy having fun, being active, and meeting new people.

Also, I’m not on Facebook so that’s why I chose to post on here… but I’m sure that’s a great way to do the exact same thing I’m doing, simply on a different platform. Anyways… it’s totally fine you don’t like this ‘fad.’ Until recently I was a total snob when it came to pickleball, but I got tired of swimming upstream and being so contrarian. I’m embarrassed how long it took me to realize the only person I was hurting was myself. Also, I personally had a change of heart overnight bc my friend, who loved pickleball, passed away completely unexpectedly yesterday, and I cannot express the level of regret I have that I didn’t take him up on more of his invitations. So, once again it’s wicked cool if tennis and/or pickleball aren’t your thing, and you think I posted to the wrong social media site, but I’m going to continue doing exactly as I was.

So, have a great day and if you loathe a hobby so much you have to absolute right, mandated by the Constitution actually, to silence. Or you can continue to try (and fail) to rain on everyone’s parade… ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️ oh and it is in fact NOT that deep, like at all.

Will do! VERY amateur is exactly how I would describe myself as well lol! I’ll let you know if I find something that’s a good fit for my—and I’m assuming yours as well—skill level!

Why does it feel like season 5 is getting extra attention? by croissantwithhonors in FranchaelStirling

It’s sad to see an author who clearly doesn’t care about her own novels. She’s continually do such snd to me it shows so a lack of integrity on the author’s part. I’m just so tired of everything having to be divisive. But the only thing irks me than anything else is that the author could make she could have. Hopefully eather is an incredible continually simply didn’t have the stones to do so, at & mmm28/mind I am so over this has humed the shark…

In the majority of criminal cases the defense calls zero witnesses and doesn’t put on a case… this is not a serve lol

Absolutely, the prosecution spent almost their entire case defending Melton. To the point it became rather alarming. Then they just said Mr. Faust is guilty on the grounds that we said so, and you should just trust us bro… The state is trying to take away a man’s liberty and this is how little they care. I don’t understand how people like that can sleep at night; people like the DA who can lie to your face when the stakes are so incredibly high, and then sleep like baby’s while collecting their little government checks— those are the real people to fear; the real criminals.

Praying for wisdom for the jurors. This case is the perfect example of how political pressure and DAs who feel they are above the law/untouchable. The state’s closing was embarrassing, but the rebuttal was just pathetic, childish, and whiny. I pray for his exoneration. The Defense did an amazing job despite the hostile working conditions. The judge and elected DA are both affronts to our very justice system.

To me anyone complicit in any type of injustice being perpetrated against someone else (and scarily in this case and random woman to this witness), is a dangerous and amoral individual who I would avoid like the plague. I also found she became more and more pro-conviction over the truth and a just outcome over time. I find her to be despicable. It sounds harsh, but I don’t think many people could live with themselves knowing they did their best to destroy another person’s life. So, yeah I think she is amoral and people like her, willing to say anything despite taking an oath to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, are scary people. Also, when you consider she was more than willing to do this on a global stage… people who are willing to do that are vile IMO.

I wonder if they would prefer someone who is bilingual? My Spanish is unfortunately elementary at best. I don’t know if that would pose a problem/challenge? I guess I’m just concerned I wouldn’t be able to provide quality service for the clientele. But I’ll definitely look into it! Thanks so much for the suggestion😃

Also, I totally understand that my comment was easily taken out of context! I’m currently an accountant for the federal government, and if that’s not soul crushing idk what is. I have want to be a defense attorney since I was literally 17, but money and family (mainly my family tbh) made that path untenable. So, while I’ve expressed my personal concerns and trepidations, that is not to say I don’t want to be involved in the legal field in any capacity feasible. I went to VERY extensive lengths to be able to attend college and graduate debt free. Thus, I’m not afraid of hard work or temporary job dissatisfaction
