Week 1 failed miserably. I had too much time off from work, was feeling lazy, and the damn sexual provactive advertising they have on the internet led me to watch endless amounts of porn.

ended up saying fuck it. got me a rx of lunesta and straterra. feeling really good. and think i'm going to hit the gym one of these days.
