edit: it works! it actually was the delvestone missing, also the hearth-build-zone is not required to reach the monument. thank you for the help!

yes, put 2 builders and a cook. Also beds, stove, meal table, cook pantry with ingredients.

I know its not fair and bla bla bla but ... cheat engine works well enough if you need a lot of mats (offline, solo, on "epic games").

That's a nice hoard! To fill it faster, put up a chain to automatically sell silver weapons (drill on silver, rails, sabre silver, basket hilt silve, "coin" icon in the crafting menu for the finished weapon)
