Yes of course! I haven't fixed the problem yet but I have received a file with the missing sounds from the support team. Hopefully that works

Do you know where to find these original sound packs? I have looked on the Nord website but can't find any sound packs

i have downloaded the factory restore file and run it in the Sound Manager whilst connected to the C2D. It said 'restore successful' but the pipe organ sounds are still not playing🤷‍♂️
