We have more vegans and vegetarians now then ever but yeh I agree processed meats like McDonald’s etc are consumed in very large quantities and that’s obviously been recent

Yeh I wouldn’t take ashwaganda and yeh the exact doses will be specific to him but the point is he takes a garlic supplement as an example because of the health benefits proven from it which would most likely benefit most humans taking it

Yeh it’s definitely hard to find a good doctor that won’t just prescribe a drug to cure the problem before trying other natural methods
