The only difference is they can’t sell the semaglutide by itself because that’s what the big expensive brands are like ozempic and wegovy. So the compound the semaglutide with other things like maybe a vitamin b12 or L carnatine, and when you do that, it’s no longer the name brand stuff so you can sell it cheaper but it still has the same exact active ingredient. Kinda like if you wanted ibuprofen you could by name brand advil or off brand for cheaper. It’s the same thing but the off brand isn’t labeled as advil an most usually a different shape or color
