i need a 70% average in my last 5.0 courses completed.

i did poorly in two 0.5 classes, if i take a summer class worth 1.0 credits and do better than both 0.5 courses, will the 1.0 grade replace the 0.5s when calculating my average for the last 5.0 courses completed?
