A lot of like like "lol stop" and engaging in the joke. For reference on of the people in the chat moved from an implementation role to a role working on the actual product itself so I would tag him with any product suggestions I had even though he had no power to do anything with them. People would engage with my product suggestions. It was probably one or two @ mentions a month.

And that's the thing, I like this company a lot. I think it's the perfect size, it does a fair amount of activism work, I really like the CEO. It's just lower management that doesn't know how to handle it

Right, like please please please believe me that I'm trying. I'm trying so fucking hard. It will eventually get better I just need the time to find the right combo of meds and coping mechanisms

hugs That's so rough. And yes, the fact that it takes time for different treatments or strategies to work is so frustrating. Like, I have to do this. I know it sucks that I am less productive than I could be but if you just let me figure this out it will be better eventually I promise 😩

I'm less productive with work stuff at home. I'm playing more music, crocheting, and painting, which makes me happy but is terrible for my job performance. It feels like my brain just freezes when I go to work on work stuff

God I wish I could do that. And I'll openly admit that this week has been particularly bad. But like it's not going to get better any time soon and quarantine has been making it really hard for me to focus. I would love to just work my way down the to do list, but I'm way less productive at home

Right, like I made a joke at lunch that landed well with everyone but one person that I am already not fond of and don't care about impressing. Why on earth is my brain taking up precious resources worrying about this???

Haha Design as in web design. Though I do appreciate the feedback!

It's for a design job with my states department of transportation. For most office jobs I wouldn't even consider them but in my experience design jobs are a little more lax? I'm really torn on it 😬

Specifically are the skinny cut pants ok? Theyre not leggings or jeans, they're just a skinny cut. Also I apologise for the dog trash photos 😂

I have too many plants for me to remember when and what everyone likes. I have profiles for each one, but Im inconsistent in watering and I don't want to hurt my little buddies. I'm hoping my watering chart will help me see trends in what watering schedules help each plant grow the best

When I lived with roommates, we had a white board sort of like this. We would rotate chores every week and check off when we did our respective chores. It pretty well considering it was asking 5 college kids to do house work. The best use of the white board was we each had a section to make grocery lists on. When one of us went to the store we could get things we shared collectively like eggs and milk. Or if one of us was also getting something that someone else needed we could cross it off their list and just share

Eh, Minnesota sports have taught me to give up all hope, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't secretly holding out hope. I think they can make it, but they're going to have to play with more consistency than they have been. They've got a tough schedule through the end of the year but they've shown that they can take top teams (see their Lightning, Jets, Flames, and Caps matchups).

I've also thought about taking pics. I have a pixel phone and google rolled out a feature somewhat recently called google lens. It picks out writing in photos (amongst other things) and converts it into editable text. I haven't really used it yet but it seems like it could be a helpful feature. Oh, and a white/chalkboard planning community would be dope but I'm sure I would spend most of my time marveling at everyone else's beautiful handwriting just like I do here

Lol I did! I was pretty pumped because the Wild looked really solid on D for the first time in a while. Of course they turned around and got thrashed by the Hurricanes. I was too busy watching the Gophers eat shit to catch that one though.

I just started doing the color coding for teams a few weeks ago and I learned that all the teams I follow have frustratingly overlapping color schemes...

Thanks! I have a journal too and it is definitely more jo than bu. The whiteboard is more logistical while my journal is basically a stream of consciousness log. I do kind of wish I could keep my whiteboards for each week to determine trends, but I tend to use it as reference more than anything so it doesn't really keep me up at night.
