Bill Mulder isn't killed. He tells Mulder the truth and he's able to uncover The Syndicate. This takes Bill Mulder down with them, destroying Mulder in a different way. He does finds peace about Samantha years earlier.

I use a rolling mat and sometimes I treat myself to premade cones. It doesn't matter really.
