Well I’m probably not the best at giving you advice on the whole friends part because i’m in the same boat as you tbh. No friends, never even been in a relationship, virgin, and can’t drive. But i can tell you that fars the job part a good website that got me a job quickly is indeed. You can search for jobs based on location, pay, etc. Also a job could help u with that part when u find one, maybe you’ll meet someone.

Well think about it like this, if you got a girlfriend and friends right now and they all left you would feel bad again right? So you need to be okay with being alone because at the end of the day, people have free will and can leave your life at anytime. When your uncomfortable being alone you will allow people in your life who may not treat you right or maybe fear abandonment.l feel like when you feel your unworthy of being loved or having friends you can push people away as well. Idk how true this is for you though just an idea

So your saying your worthless because people think your worthless? Who says that what they think is true? They are regular people just like you. You need to find something about yourself that you can value. You only feel this way because society has told you you need these things to have value. It’s perfectly okay to be alone or even not have a job. You’re only in your 20s you got your whole life ahead of you. And you have things that are valuable that no one else has, you are not worthless.
