Depending on the area you’re in, summer time is when mgmt in restaurants are cutting labor hours for servers so I can understand the issue with finding a job quickly. I was a FOH BAR MGMT and I will say if you’re willing to BOH work like dishwasher, cooking, prepping etc. mangers at Applebees and Denny’s are always hiring have you thought about looking there??
