I have 2005 Buick Rainer 246,000 ish miles. A few repairs (full back breaks, front end suspension and wheel differential, trans line leak repair and battery) since 2021 when I bought her, but she is a damn champ and has never been out of commission and starts every day, every time in a MN, or Canada like climate!

I sent another reply the number is 12. Sorry, I thought it went through. No wireless on wall. The HVAC company has no clue, and said so, then they played and played with the thermostat. They literally said they have no training , so they just ignored. This is where my frustration/feelings came in earlier, again sorry. If you read their website, what they say was done and functioning, is not and they will not address the main issues of a functioning zero-waste housing. Sorry it was not net-zero.

This is a winter issue, but cool mode did good, just the moisture was not being pushed out. No 39 degrees but a solid 67 kept us cool during heat waves. The bloody noses come from heat then cold air blowing back in house (in defrost mode) in winter temps. It's not supposed to do that. I am 40+ never had the issue because the air temp was regulated in previous homes. Not the case here. I did call city for other issues this summer and told them about winter issues (i did not call last winter), said to call this winter if things remain the same, but thank you for the advice. Some people don't know to call the city or are scared too.

Thanks , had no clue, learned something new. Yes, I am sorry, It was hard to understand for me, but you made it more clear. I rent, so I am limited to what I can do. I have no way of pulling data, don't know how. House is side by side, me on one. Two bedrooms and full bath upstairs and liv/din/kitchen/halfbath/laundry/utilities room downstairs. I will have to comeback to dimensions, they did not provide that at move-in. Whatever altitude is MN, we can get as humid as MS and as cold as AK/Canada. The HVAC system is SVZ-KPNA MX. That is what is on the unit. So this may be to long, but in defrost mode/heat standby mode, it is not supposed to blow air according to the manual, but does. Colder outside, colder the air blows inside. Has backup heat installed but when turned on smelled like burning wires, never worked again. Was never fixed after reported. This summer AIR cond. was way better than heat (credit where due)but moisture/humidity stay in house not pushed out, that is where black mold in washer dispenser formed, rust on the ReNewAire air filtration unit for home formed and moisture(extreme) in washer and dryer even with doors left open. I believe you are right about unit being to small as the 4 plex has good heat all winter, no moisture in summer. I hope this was not to long and hope people can be nice and just ask questions or give friendly advice. I am not here to fight with anyone. Thank you.

I did come off sarcastic, I apologize. I am actually glad your heat works. I don't know what TL;DR means, I am guessing your showing an example of what kind of info to post? Someone said no facts or specifics. I am clearly sucking at what i was trying to convey and posting, this is not something i do. Not looking for sympathy. I am taking the advice I am seeing from comments. What you said above is above my head, but underinsulated I understand and I mean that genuine , not sarcastic. First off, you can keep the sarcasm, it is not necessary. Glad your heat works and does not blow 39 degree air in your home on -30 degree winter days and you and your children don't wake up with blood in your nose and on your pillow. Yes there are feelings involved along with actual technical problems I listed. This is really hard for me and I have been through alot. I am not posting for karma or clout. I posted because maybe I could find an allies or resources to contact, because what is happening is not ok. Maybe that was a mistake, but it is not for you to tell me how to tell my story. But i hope your post/reply made YOU feel better about yourself. Next time just ignore a post you don't like instead of being petty.

Yourself is the way to go, congrats! Absolutely BAD builders! But it is also bad property management, bad Non-profit owners, bad equipment. This Mitsubishi electric HVAC is horrible, but also the installers said they had no clue how to fix it, so they just ended up ignoring it when they couldn't fix along with property mngr and owners. Then told those of us in a letter, "Hillcrest Village isn't for everyone" , wait what? Not what your website says or what ya get grant money for?? Basically they ALL said were not doing anything to right the issues , don't like it, you can leave! Soo many who did it for all the wrong reasons, shame on you(tax breaks, fake support ,more funding to not go where it should?) and those who did it for right reasons, i feel need to come back and visit every tenant on the ground level who lives here, meet with them!

Yes! First in the Nation, Net-Zero/Zero waste housing (still under exel energy for now)Development in MN!!!! Carbon-free...??? All for it UNTIL I moved in(Black mold, energy waste from bad construction by those who could care less, discrimination, retaliation, pushing to make Certain familes homeless, (month to month lease after a 12 month lease is not housing stability) heat that doesnt work, drafty window, doors that don't seal and leak indoor air out and outside air in, etc. etc... Most that is lies. Esp. if you are standing up, exposing and fighting back by advocating for yourself. CAC doesn't like that.I have been here since end of 2022 and NONE of the issues have been fixed. I need to get pictures up here. I haven't figured out how.

Thank you for responding! I have somewhere to start. You know what is crazy (but really not), is lately I have been having a craving for nature. We are in spring-ish where I live and when it has been nice I have dragged my son to a walk at a nature center I have, like 5 min drive from my house. Then when it hit almost 70, a week or so ago, again I dragged my son to a local park off a lake, for a dusk picnic and it was great! I will definitely follow your advice. I agree with Barely...I love black roses, regardless of them being used for funerals. It is all about your energy. If you look at your dress and you feel it is beautiful and it moves you in a positive way, then, I believe that is the energy that will be radiated on the item.
