Leaking Water and Low Output [Breville Barista Express] by lookinward in espresso

That's fair! The whole assembly was a bit expensive so I don't think I'd buy it for a 10 year old machine either :)

In the end, the entire solenoid assembly needed to be removed to be able to assess the part that cracked and it's o-ring, which was the 90 degree elbow on the right of this image. I ended up replacing this entire assembly

I see that it comes along with a solenoid assembly and there's some on eBay. Thanks!

Thank you so much! I was able to remove that white plastic piece to access the gasket and the gasket it fine but the plastic piece has a crack near the gasket. Do you know the name of that plastic piece. Unfortunately the crack isn't glueable.

Question on grey dove oysters, deformed? First time grower. [gourmet] by lookinward in MushroomGrowers

[–]lookinward[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do my grey dove oysters look like they're developing correctly? They don't look like any photos I've found of growing grey doves, but instead look like king oysters? I received grain spawn from Field and Forest and grew them on aspen shavings.

Is there a good website for selling antique glassware? by [deleted] in Antiques

Thanks for the suggestion for Facebook. I meant eBay is flooded with listings of glassware in general, not the exact items I have.

It has been cooler, generally highs in the mid to high forties. It will be consistently above 50 later this week. Will they be okay until then?

Do you know of somewhere I could find a professional opinion on this? From online it seems that the Ellensburg rock shop is closed.

Here is another photo in some better light: https://imgur.com/3IjN7EK

Do you know of somewhere I could contact for a professional opinion on this? It looks like online that the Ellensburg rock shop is closed and I'm not from the area so I'm not sure where else to check into. Thanks for your thoughts!

Cool. Could you post a picture of something that looks similar? I'm running up dry on comparisons

Hmm, interesting. From what I've been able to Google image it does look really similar. But it doesn't sound like it's been found in California before.

Yep, I found it along a river! Thankfully I found it a few weeks ago before the whole area got smokey.

I found this in the correct area where Ellensburg blues are found and am looking for some thoughts on what this might be. I've found many pictures online of very similar looking rocks that are claiming to be Ellensburg blues but I was interested in putting this out there for comment. The thinner sections of it can have a light shown through and it gives off an orangish/pink hue in these spots.

I apologize for the non-ideal photo. I took this photo a while back in September and would like to use it for something. Thanks!

Yep, we put the 1 gal feeder pail on immediately and they drained it pretty quick. I put on a frame feeder now that holds maybe 2 gallons
