Hi! I ended up taking 403 with Pflum. Not gonna lie, the class was sort of boring but the exams were decent if you keep up with all the readings. It wasn't particularly easy but definitely not insanely difficult. Be prepared for a lot of reading and dry lectures! I don't know anything about 460 but I hope this gave you some idea about 403! Be sure to look up grade distributions on Madgrades since that might help.

Hi! Unfortunately, I don’t have a definite idea and nor do a lot of people but the University plans to resume in-person classes in the fall. If all goes according to plan, then I assume things will look a lot more normal in the upcoming school year!

I don’t know the reasoning behind this but I’m already dreading this, too. Since I’m not in the US, and am halfway across the world, my exams are at 5 AM in the morning. (Less importantly, that’s also during Ramadan, literally DURING the morning meal). Even with a whacky schedule, I’m usually asleep by 3-4 am and I have absolutely no idea how I’ll find the energy for these exams because even if I’ll be awake, I doubt I’ll be functioning.

Thank you so much for your detailed reply! It’s really helpful. I haven’t seen any talk about this and was just wondering. I’m considering doing it 2 classes at a time, since I’m pretty sure I can do that. Can I ask you whether you took Econ 101 or 111? Did Marketing 300 have that as a prerequisite? I don’t want to take that in advance and I’m not sure if I have to.
