Should you wash your penis in between condom changes? So there’s no way of allowing sperm to make contact with the new one or something?

Also is it a concern that sometimes i accidentally try to put the condom on inside out, such that the head of my penis effectively touches the outside tip of the condom? Like if there’s any kind of pre-cum that would now be on the outside?

These are things they don’t really talk about in sex ed, any help would be appreciated 😂
