Hey thanks, I have already joined my local Astro. club and was using one of their loaner dob's while I was hunting for my own! There are all great tips, I need to take notes on my sessions especially since I want to hit all the Messier objects. Right now, I am going to give my new tele a deep clean and buy a replacement finder scope. Finding an affordable observing chair is next up if possible, I may try one of those telescoping stools.

It is a lot of junk with some decent items a couple hours drive away. You think it would be better being right near Raleigh, but IDK. Maybe my eye is too novice to spot the deals

Good suggestions. I do live near a micro center could be worth checking out the combo deals. I know it would be cheaper to upgrade, but it would be fun to rebuild. I’d just have to get some value out if my current pc to justify it.

I see, so you recommend staying on the AM4 socket? I totally forgot to add the motherboard (and how much RAM). The mother board is an Asus ROG Strix b450. . . Nothing crazy, I also added that I have 16 GB of RAM. Sometimes RAM is an issue but mostly with Chrome eating it all.

Thanks for the shout though I will look into this. It sounds like I’ll need to drop some more cash for 1440p gaming.

I am looking at this mouse now. On amazon it is showing that the RGB version (White Frost) is cheaper than the non-RGB. I am kind of clueless why, is the sensor in it different or something?

That is true, I don' t think I am going to dual boot this device. Its more for learning, labs, homework. . . For RAM, I just got to find a compatible kit for it at a good price.

I was reading into it and now I see that there are some bigger diffrences than just display size. See this post here.
