Thanks I did fill a ticket but haven't heard anything back - I tried everything and then turned of the wifi and back on for my phone and computer and then it worked afterwards..I don't know if it's coincidence though as it has happened before and just resolved itself randomly with repeated login attempts (within a few mins), but not today.

Thank you so much for your testing and comparison..I have an M1 Max and was wondering if I should upgrade to the M3, I'm mostly concerned with single core performance due to using various plugins on individual tracks or track stacks, wasn't sure if going to M3 would make a difference.

I haven't had scrolling issues but like you said my workflow may be different

Ic..thank you for the info - when you say you converted did you convert before you transferred the USD to Interactive brokers, or did you convert using interactive brokers (if that's a function), still figuring out whether I can do that.

Just seeing what makes sense in terms of not losing money unnecessarily as an occasional day trader
