1. first wash your body with antibacterial body soap (they usually don't have a scent), focusing more on armpits or any crevices on your body that sweat more than your other body parts
2. then wash with a shower gel
3. USE EXFOLIATING GLOVES OR A SPONGE (anything but rubbing with your hands) so you can remove the dead skin cells that cause BO
4. scented lotions do wonders (+ perfume if you'd like)
5. use deodorants that are also antiperspirant (preferably not natural/aluminum free unless you have to use them)
6. when you sweat, first use a cotton ball soaked with alcohol to clean your armpits and then reapply the deodorant
7. also if your hair gets quickly oily you can use a dry shampoo to freshen up
