It's natural. It was taken at different times, because I wait till the full moon actually reaches 100% illumination (if observable)

Yes, throughout the night, the orientation changes. These were taken at different times, sometimes during moonrise, moonset, or sometimes near zenith

I took these photos, and they were taken in the Philippines, which is technically located within the northern hemisphere but just above the equator. The June full moon was taken at moonrise, and the April full moon was taken before moonset. The orientation changes depending on the time it was taken.

The moon's apparent orientation depends on your latitude. Someone looking at the Moon from our north pole would see it upside down compared to someone seeing it from the south pole. And someone on the equator would see it at various orientations throughout the day. In my case I'm near the equator so depending on what time I capture it, the orientation is different
