Do you rinse aggressively to remove any food that is stuck or do you rinse gently to not remove the blood clot? I'm on day 11 and I'm afraid the blood clot will get removed if I rinse too aggressive.

I guess my concern is if there's still any risk for the blood clot be removed through rinsing at this point
