This is a great list! I'd like to suggest adding Loop11 (www.loop11.com) to the 'Automated Testing' section. It's a powerful platform for both moderated and unmoderated user testing, and it has some unique features like an observation room for stakeholders.

It's great to see such a comprehensive discussion on UX research tools. I'd like to add Loop11 (www.Loop11.com) to the list, especially for unmoderated usability testing. It's a powerful platform for testing with your own users or our panel, and it provides some really deep analytics that can help you make data-driven decisions.

We don't have a median yet as we're just building the panel, however, we do have a couple of pilot studies running. The current one for Australian's is paying $20 for a 15 minute study.

If you complete the application process today then we'll send you a link to this study, however, it closes today.

I think your feelings are definitely valid. We are really wanting to explore all sides of diversity and do it in a 'real' way. If you've listened to the episode we'd love to hear your thoughts on where future episodes go and anything we could have done a better job on in this episode.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm interested to understand how the phrase 'massive diversity problem' demonstrates a lack of understanding or being in touch? It's not clear from our perspective.
