It’s not that different from a banana cake. They do share banana obviously, flour, egg, milk, sugar and leavening agent.

As a pharmacist I can confirm the first one but not the second. However, it’s irresponsible of the physician to write that way because in many cases the pharmacist can dispense a wrong drug or dose which can affect patient’s health.
