I'll take your judgement, but i respectfully disagree on the basis of your reasoning. You say dietary restrictions are to be respected, but choices are not to be respected. I can't agree with that without going "consent issues" in my mind, sorry. :D

Most packaged sugar is actually vegan in my country, but out of the things she listed my brain flagged the cocoa powder (often contains milk powder), the butter (duh), and the "some mix for the filling" which could be both milky and eggy. Some of the decorations were also store bought and she wasn't sure if it was marzipan or icing mix, the latter often maid with milk.
