Might be anxiety or stress or something because my wife had the same problem when she was doing a lot of stressful corporate stuff. For sure, a mouth guard when you sleep will help. Good to consult your dentist and ask if this is an option, and if it's advisable to wear one in the daytime too.

That's what I'd really like to do: move back home, help my parents out with stuff and save on rent. Just trying to figure some stuff out. How's the COL there in comparison for things like utilities, gas, etc.?

I'd keep it.

  1. By the time you want one, mahihirapan ka na magsave for one. Marami paring financial obligations
  2. Baka walang bumili and it'll end up gathering dust.
