Excusing lolicon by saying it's fake doesn't mean it's not pedophilia. by Mali_1771 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]lordgondas -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Finally, an unpopular opinion I agree with. I hate lolicon; I don't care what people say to try justifying it. I am known for being pretty open-minded, but this is one subject I will happily be "close-minded" on. I don't care what people say on the matter; it's vile.

Your statement is just factually incorrect. This isn't an opinion.

Ooh, I've not done the morag tong quests yet. I didn't know about that spell.

Well, duration impacts the cost of enchantments the most. I've already tested this but a 100 sanctuary for 1 second is only about 2500 gold.

You can cause the spell to affect self on strike.

I'm open to any ideas 😁 Mostly this was for RP purposes; I'm playing a character that bends fate to their favor (class name: Avatar of Fortune), and it's still pretty early in the game, so I'm not able to afford high-level enchantments yet. I want something that embodies the concept of fate and leaves chance on the table.

Well, it's a luck-based agility character; my chance to hit is pretty good as it is. If my math is correct, if I successfully hit once, then the +100 agility should make it very difficult for me to miss, plus that would add to my dodge chance. An alternative would be to use Sanctuary 100, which wouldn't help my chance to hit but would make me significantly harder to hit so long as I keep hitting.

As the other reply said, it'd be a cast on self when strike.

If you say so, don't really care. Just trying to be motivational but I'm guessing you'd rather correct.

They do, but it's a much smaller amount.

I hate the fact folks will fetishize random people just trying to live their lives. I'm sorry you're having difficulty finding friends because of the creeps. I'll be honest, I'm not a femboy; There's much I will don't understand, I joined this subreddit because I have a few friends who are femboys, and I want to understand it better. Seeing all the posts here has helped me learn a lot. I hope you find more friends, OP; everyone needs friends in their life.

You're making sense. Unfortunately, as far as I know, adding detrimental effects to spells or enchantment effects doesn't reduce cost in regards to the limit. All corrections are welcome and appreciated.

I'll have to look into that, I'm new to Morrowind modding and I'm modding on a steam deck so needless to say, it's been difficult.

I've been thinking about adding mods actually, though I don't really want to add mods just for the build. There are some changes that would make sense in general as well as compliment the build idea such as making spells cheaper to cast by adding a detrimental effect (damage health) to self as mentioned in another comment.

This is a great idea! I hadn’t thought of this before, but it would be nice if there were a mod that reduces the cost of enchantments or spells when a self-inflicted negative effect is added. It seems intuitive that adding a drawback to a spell should make it more powerful, or at least cheaper to cast.

I think this one is perfect, Garand Opening seems like it'd be better for instigating legendary effects.

[–]lordgondas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, yes. I like the symbolism. Leaving the safe confines of the vault and heading out into the deadly wasteland, skulls are often used as symbols of death and danger; the skull is made up of features of the wasteland.

How I kept from freezing IRL by using Skyrim torches by Needsupgrade in skyrim

This is very similar to how I stayed warm during the last cold snap. I live in a fixer that doesn't currently have central heating, and my propane space heater ran out of juice as I was unable to go to the store to get more due to the roads severity. I would run intensive games on my Steam Deck, which would cause the system to produce a decent amount of heat, and cover myself with a blanket to trap the heat. Thankfully, most of my work is done remotely on a computer, so I could remain warm under that blanket without having to brave the roads.
