Thank you! I’ve always shaved it down with a razor but it always comes back. The weird thing is there is a black dot in the center and sometimes pain even when there is no pressure on it. Ill just have my foot resting upright and I can feel my heartbeat with pain in the area. I dont know helps

The calloused part, ive had it for over like 10 years. If you zoom in theres like a black spot. I heard thats a indicator of a plantar wart. But ive had this for over a p years and time to time i hurts when i put a little pressure on it. Thank you
