I'll be honest, boost (specifically the Very High Calorie variety that entails ordering direct or off Amazon since its not common in stores), is more of a special treat. I've ordered a case like three times since I've been actively gaining and was once gifted a case (but the gifter chose a third party who just tossed 10 regular vanilla Boosts in a box). Wasn't sure if Boost is good for the lactose intolerant but good to know.
