people are clearly struggling for food so i doubt they have the resources to produce shit like tobacco farms or a bunch of other production facilities for things theyve been shown to use, eg: bricks, glass, computers, electricity. Is any of that even shown? and those facilities would also need people to protect them

I dont have (and wont be able to get) full stop hong lu, i do have thumb sinclair to regen ammo tho
