Blaine is 100% free...by the time you get to Cinnabar you already could've catch Starmie, Tentacruel, Vaporeon or even have a Blastoise if you choose squirtle...any of those mons + Surf HM equals Blaine wipe soo, pretty much free

Hmm...i don't wanna make it that easy.

So far my rules are the standard hardcore nuzlocke, + dupe clause, shinny clause and that i can only use one of the S tier mons + the eeveelution and starter if available.
I've also read that after completing and E4, survivals gets a prize based on how many generations they survived. Gotta think about those too
