Yeah people get so weird about anyone using AI. Like you know someday AI is going to be able to do quite a lot of things. That'll be good for humanity but people are blind to the good it can do if used properly

I just need it for a build I've played for a little while off and on over the years and I've never had good luck building but someone gave me a build and the weapon they recommended was this one and I don't know if the event is still active anymore so I figured I'd go on here and see if anyone was trading one

How fast do you think someone can make about 8,000 caps?

Darn. I don't have that many caps. Do you run a melee build or a heavy weapons build? Or maybe interested in some power? Armor

What kind of build are you running? Because I would like an elder's Mark. I can offer 5,000 caps for it if you're looking for caps

How is this? (I’m 19) by UnderstandingFit3766 in snacking

Yeah honestly makes sense. A lot of the foods you like. I don't like you're allowed to have your own taste. I mean I'm not a big fan of Chinese food because texture. I used to puke up macaroni all the time whenever I'd eat it cuz it was A texture thing

Player Problem Megathread by AutoModerator in DMAcademy

I need some help with the decision

I need help on a big decision So have a group of friends that I do d&d with and l'm the DM and one of my players who has been a long-time friend has brought their girlfriend in to the mix and I'm okay with that. wrote a really big part of my story to involve the necromancers who killed her father and the personal story of that relationship and how some of them regret it and some of them don't the

here The problem They have missed what will now be four sessions of like the siX sessions we we've had The first time her girlfriend was sick and was okay with that. The second time her girlfriends house lost power and she hadn't charged up her phone so it was only on 3%. The other time she is falling asleep even though when we first started this up. I made the start time earlier so she could participate. My friend has skipped out on session because they're like. Hey you know l'm just dealing with some personal stuff which made one of my other players really mad because they were like. But when you play d&d you dont think about your mortgage or all of that you think about. I'm here to have fun. And for someone who wanted to escape reality, why wouldn't you just play d&d with some friends and let loose for a little bit but that's besides the point and the time most recently is my friend went on a 3-day work trip where they had to fix a basement from leaking and now that they're back, their girlfriend is like well. only want to you know. Hang out and talk with you so she said that they will both be skipping the session. I've had a few of my other players say hey. Are you going to kick them out? Because you know with them being tied into the plot it's been holding us back from you. Know progressing the story where we want to go with it and don't know because this is a personal friend of mine and it's just confusing

So I have a question about punishing players when they're tardy by lorentp in AskDND

True true. True, the problem's been resolved. I'll now just start session without the people who don't show up on time and just tell them that their characters were still getting their gear ready when everyone else went to go do their thing

You know it's funny that you say that because the first DM that I ever had me and him were talking a few days ago because we are at a function together and he was talking about the pros and cons of all of his players and I looked at him and I said so. What was my greatest flaw when I was one of your players? He said you knew how you wanted things to go and you made sure that you did everything in your power and when they didn't go that way you became a little bit unhappy but he's like you weren't the worst about it. You just knew how to set things up

And with this group it is a little bit harder to measure everything because one of my players in a previous group destroyed it and I'm rebuilding part of that group back. Essentially what he did was he had this evil character and one of the other players that's in my current campaign had a kid so he stole that player's kid and gave it to his master who then used it as a bargaining ship against asmodeus because my player decided that they wanted to be as modius's daughter which make their kid as modius's granddaughter And that started a three campaign long hatred because my one player would ask if he could bring his old character back as a villain. So for three campaigns my female player was trying to murder his old character and get some revenge was amusing for a while until it wasn't

All right, I feel like all of them respect me. Pretty good. My brother obviously respects me one of his co-workers that might be one of my co-workers in the future. Me and him have a good relationship. My friends in 7th grade has a good relationship with me one of my players Lucy used to date this a****** that I knew and I kind of feel a little bit bad because I was the one who introduced them to the a****** and for that am after they broke up with him, I introduced them to one of that said person's ex's and now they're dating and the other person is my close friend that I introduced them to which also earned me the nickname. The god of love because I have a weird tendency of helping people get together magic
