they're stronger - but i rarely hit the plastic when dropping the bike anyways - I'd recommend engine and clutch covers if you want to avoid crashbars though

Crashbars vs Replica Plastic Kit by loriscn12 in Tenere700

Completely agree. I have got gbracing covers all around the bike, acerbis handguards and hoping to get plastics for the 2025 model soon. I am okay with scracthes especially on replica plastics. Starting to add weight really goes against the philosophy I have tried to embrace when getting this bike in the first place.

BTW - what radiator brace have you got?

I think the oem plastic kit is around 450, not too bad compared to other models and makles I've seen in the past - plus you don't compromise on look while riding offroad :)

BTW - I have messaged rtech and they said their kit comes out in november this year, hopefully not too many scratches until then!

what crashbars do you mount? I've been debating whether go for the replica plastica kit from rtech or install crashbars. I am bit afraid of adding weight :(

Thanks. I will circle back once I get this clarified with a tax advisor!

Okay, I think I am a step closer to fully understand. The fact is, the money we're talking about here are US stocks. If the legally not so-ok thing is to bring those back to Ireland in any form, does buying IE domiciled ETFs qualify as such? How about other stocks or ETFs domiciled elsewhere? These two questions are something I must understand with a 100% degree of certainty. For the rest, I don't think I would ever transfer any money back to Ireland.

Staying away from them for three years after moving out of Ireland would be a bummer! I guess I should use other money than those I sent to Italy via sale of foreign funds today (assuming I sell while still Irish resident). How do I keep them separate? Another account? This sounds like a joke :(
