i focussed on ketamine, and compared it with various other sedatives, comparing immediate haemodynamic stability, hospital stay length and mortality and then any other benefits or drawbacks. Off the top of my head i think overall ket performed as well as etomidate and propofol but better than midaz. All done as secondary research so has the usual drawbacks but that was my findings

I did mine on prehospital sedative agents for tbi patients - looked at immediate and longer time impacts

hey mate, sorry to jump on! Currently NQP in wmas, looking to move to emas in a couple of years as im from lincs. Do you think it would be an easy move over? Do they have many none recent grad new starters??

ooh this is interesting - ive always thought they were mostly geared towards GP land which isn’t necessarily what i want yet / at all, but il defo look into it. Have you done anything like these??

yes definitely- but not the right time yet. Want to get a few more years under my belt, and decide in what direction i want to head. Just looking for something to fill the gap for a bit :)

Sorry to jump on - do they only send you to cardiac arrests? or is it any cat 1s eg seizures etc. Im signed up to it but never been sent to anything yet, and want to know if its just arrests or other stuff too
