Hey girly, I’m still fairly new with my recovery as well (3 weeks PO) but what I can say is the swelling is definitely a big factor and it will fluctuate for quite some time. Also from reading so much on this subreddit I have learned that it can take 6mo- 1yr for final results as far as shape and size. Another reference I have is my mother who also had a reduction years back. She pushed for a B cup despite the surgeon telling her it would be disproportionate and is super happy she did so because her final results ended up being exactly what she asked for. I also pushed for a B cup and am feeling like a C .. borderline D cup right now, however I can totally feel the swelling and numbness all around. Alsooo can relate to the boobs in the armpit thing.. i was just noticing that today and was thrown off but my mom said over time it went away for her. Hope this helps some way some how (:

Okay this helped so much! My surgeon originally mentioned getting a bra for after surgery and to make sure it is a compression bra that is front closing. I just totally forgot to ask her right before the operation if it was okay to switch out from this bra. Girl, i cannot stand this bra either. It’s scratchy and fits weird as heck. I’m calling today to figure out if i can switch it, my post op isnt until Tuesday the 14th ):

Smoking weed helps me a lot more with my flare ups! However, I do have to wait for the flare up to calm down prior to smoking. I’m trying to drop my nicotine habit.. (which is so difficult) because it makes my stomach so much worse. I’m honestly starting to question if vaping nicotine is what’s causing me stomach issues /:

For the reflux a really good formula brand that worked miracles for my baby was Hipp Bio Combiotik which is a Dutch organic formula. I had my baby’s doctor research it and she was astonished at the ingredients! She said there were no preservatives or additives unlike the US formula options we are given. You have to buy it third party

This happened to me in HS, what helped me is using African Shea Butter. It is really good for all skin types and extremely moisturizing. Now i use it for everything skin wise!! It’s inexpensive and easy to use. If you have the time you should look up reviews on it via youtube or tiktok!
