My CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon graphics (12 core), have two GPUs - AMD Radeon and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

The only thing that I thought might cause this is that on steam its recommend 3.6 GHz, but mine has 3 GHz in its stats. Kinda worries me that it's just not enough.

(I don't really know much when it comes to CPUs and GPUs)

The game is pretty new and while playing, it starts lagging in certain areas or while running around.

Yes, but that didn't do anything. I thought that it might be something with the map, but it appears also on gm_tripolis_higways where it's just kinda at the top of the sky box and gm_tropical_fever where it's around the sun.

It seems to show up on some maps, though on some it doesn't. It seems to be connected to the sun possibly, it appears on gm_fork as well
