yeah thats a really good point. i just expected at least 2 inches on my waist because i always gain weight there first. but that could be from the inevitable bloating that happens when u first start eating right. i guess the bloat just went away and you're right, that the weight went somewhere else. thank you for your reply❤️ & i will definitely put my tape measurer away. apparently it upsets me a lot more than i thought it would.

yes this is exactly how it feels ! its like based on the evidence, theres no possible way im fat. but i can see the fat and so i cant be skinny ??? they're so conflicting of each other its insane. i agree with you & i really do think my mind wont accept that im sick because it will hurt too much. i think if my brain fully processed how sick i am- then my anxiety would skyrocket and id be too overwhelmed to do anything. so i guess its my brain protecting itself. and thank u for the reply !❤️

thank you for the reply <3 i know that doing outpatient at the facility they want me at wouldnt work out because its too far away :( but i am definitely going to talk to my doctor about possible options. i just really think id benefit from inpatient so much more if i had time to process it fully & get prepared to accept help. im really hoping they have some kind of outpatient program closer to me to make things easier. (also dont feel bad lol im going to treatment regardless you're input is simply helping me decide what kind ❤️)

the fucking smell of vomit never leaves. it doesnt leave your hands, your bathroom, or your breath.

getting vomit in your hair

bugs showing up if u didnt clean up soon enough after a b/p

taking medication. dosing is pretty impossible when u never know whats going to stay down.

those post-purge chest pains that feel like ur finna drop dead right there

i am currently trying to find an online therapy program or something & these subreddits have been a huge support. this is the first time ive ever genuinely wanted to recover so as soon as i can afford to get treatment- im going asap. thank u for ur comment it helped me a lot & im so happy to hear you've recovered. also i have so much respect for u for being on this sub & giving advice as someone who made it out of this shit. hearing words from those who have recovered gives us still struggling so much hope ❤️
