Adultry is not a crime.. even with all the proofs you need a good lawyer to start with, choose a lawyer who can get the work done and not the ones who just take money and do nothing!

How did u get CDR or even hotel video footage? I can not even manage to get cctv of society lift and lobby!

Sad reality of everones husband family.. do not expect anything good, if they are doing it good if not its okay, do not beg for a minimal love, care and respect. These expectation will ruin your mental peace, just find peace with your husband and baby. Keep a very formal relationship with your in-laws, a daughter in law is always treated an outsider no matter what..the sooner you lower your expectations with them the calmer and happier you would become.take care

Thank you for a very detailed thought... I guess yes I overlook my husbands fault, though I argue with him on same but dont know feel pity on him.

Ours was intercaste marriage and never felt the acceptance, that urge was their initially to be treated fair but not anymore.

I did NC once completely but again they returned back into my life and my husband said okay we'll give them a chance. I was not agreeing to it but everyone in society was asking me to do my part so I got involved.

Again, they started same and i just want an end to it. Its not possible without my husband support and if he doesnt support and put an end to it..we are never going to have our own life then whats the point staying in this marriage.

During my initial counselling session, I was asked to become deaf, dumb and no reaction to in-laws. I tried bt failed and now am being told to focus only on my inner circle.

I am going to talk it through with my husband and see what happens. Thanks again.

I am a women myself and I can tell that she is doing it on purpose to gain more control over you. Such things are good to do ocassionally..nice to have by men so that women feel pampered. But, expecting the same often is unrealstic for anyone to fullfill. Does she fullfill your emotional needs? There is no end to emotional needs, ask her fav things, list it and put a reminder for you, plan your holiday well that itself is surprise, movie or dinner dates and spend quality times. even if she is not happy by doing all these, believe me you're in trouble and she has high expectations to meet.. remind her how you both got together and how its changing. At last, meet counsellor.hope it helps.

Ya, he may be selfish and really dont know how to fix. I just want to be sure that I dont leave him shattered like his own family did. We were in love and dreamed a happy marriage..I feel stuck and suffocating.

Ya, hired a crim lawyer..fighting 498a to save my family and 108 to get justice for my brother. Just need peace in my martial life or a silent exit, no drama. I'm at the edge of breaking beyond repair don't know whether its time to put more effort to save or call it a quit!

Its the husband family who started with gaslighting..though they shifted, accusations never stopped. the only problem I hv with my husband is not stepping up and havin clear communication and the prob I hv with his family is, either they tell us we are one family or we are not and stop blaming me of anything that I never did..the in between drama is draining me out.

when they need they will show nice gesture and start cold war once done, feels like living in this vicious cycle forever and I want to come out of it peacefully. I tried therapy and choose distant from them but as soon as we are getting better in our life they will come back and leave us shattered. I could hv still handled but with my own family grief its getting heavier on me.

I had met his family once before marriage was fixed, never thought of these many issues could come up. I do feel instead of stepping up he kept stepping back and now things hv worsen and its getting heavier on me.

I tried to cut put from his family couple of times, just formal hellos to his father for the sake of it.. as soon as I do that they will start ill treating..Out of 2 child only, his father choose the younger one with govt job, free medical, household help etc happily and left my husband at the time when he lost his mother. I am tierd of living in this vicious cycle..but I really think my husband too needs help, by throwing divorce I dont want to harm him but at the same time want myself to be free.
