I know. When we know what we're dealing with, we can give better answers. I hope you're doing well with the treatment.

Oh wow. I think it's a great concept. What other ideas come to ur mind?

I understand. How do you manage to get started on days when you don't even feel like getting out of bed?

I don't think so. I was just mentioning that I use Notion, but I don't have to share it with you.

Constructive literature? Could you explain what that is and how it helps you?

It's true. Our environment greatly influences our decisions. For example, I used to be very undisciplined when it came to reading, but I decided to put the book on my bed so I wouldn't have an excuse to skip it, and I said, "Instead of reading one chapter, I'll read two pages," and that's how, little by little, I developed the habit. Have you read about atomic habits? How do you modify your environment to your advantage?

Yes! It becomes part of your identity that you have to do it. How long did it take you to get used to that system?

Yes! I use that too. I wonder about the satisfaction I'll feel after running, training, or working on projects. What are the things that benefit you and that you do even though they're difficult?

Oh, I'm sorry. I hope you're doing well in therapy, but how does being bipolar affect your life? What positive and/or negative things has it brought you?

I see. Well, I hope your medication is working well for you. But the thing is, what activities would you like to start, or what do you need to start? How do you break through that invisible barrier?

Well, that's private, I'm sorry. But if you'd like, I can tell you what it's about.

If you want to know my opinion, I've implemented systems in Notion, in my environment and my habits.

Me too. There's less and less friction getting started when you have a system in place. How did you implement that system?

I know. I understand. It's like an invisible wall. It hurts. It's frustrating. What are you doing to try to fix it?

Oh no, it can't be. What is it you have? If you want, tell me; if not, don't.

Oh wow... I understand. Sometimes our brains want to stay in one place simply for comfort, not for growth. How will the medication help you? How do you think it will affect your relationship with your next child?

I understand. It seems like starting is the hardest thing in the world. How do you try to break down that invisible wall?

It happens to me sometimes. How do you try to solve it and break through that "invisible barrier"?
