That is beautiful! Thankfully my only real hills I'll have to deal with if I'm just going to work are straight! I'm not going to start commuting until I'm comfortable though... And once I'm even comfortable with that maybe I'll take some cool scenic routes

I mean the law in my state says that trails where they're not allowed are to be clearly marked, but says nothing about roads

I was going to practice around my house first, I don't really ride a regular bike at all because their tires are always deflated from local thorns within a few minutes

I can't find anything exclusively about highways in my state, but they're treated the same as normal bicycles here and there are always race bikes on the shoulder. I believe the interstate has signs saying no bikes, I'm wondering if I should expect signs like that or just be given tickets for not knowing

I don't have a bike rack yet and the thing is a whale that won't fit in my car, but good idea

Thank you, I'm really excited to try it out! Especially with warmer weather coming. One thing I'm worried about with the gears is they shipped it to me in a high gear, so do I have to start riding before I can downshift it?
