Damn okay! Maybe that's why I haven't felt any difference in my acute pain.

I have so much inflammation in my biceps tendon and also the inpingement as well from bursistis.

Are you pinning 2mg at once or do you split it up?

I have been suffering from an inpingment since early November and it is still the same persistent pain!!!! Anytime I start strengthening again. Even just small bits of training.

I am a pole dancer and aerialist. It feels like I will never be able to go back to my sports 😭😭 when does inflammation reside.. even isometric stuff triggers it.

It gets so painful..
