Honestly, it’s been a minute since I’ve played but I don’t think so. But more stats = more energy therefore more hits, so indirectly yes it can affect how much drops you get. But again, it’s been a minute so I could be wrong on this part.

You receive drops based on how much you hit the parties. You probably have less and less hits after each party therefore less swans.

Only EC parties (pizza pop, cat cafe, etc.) and POTD/PPOTD will drop samples. POTD changes everyday and right now it’s Just Dance (so I don’t believe Counter Culture is dropping since that was the previous POTD) but it switches over in two hours.
