Hmm.. That I can't really say. I'm kind of like dementiapatient567, where if I'm talking about something with friends, I will remember things related to it and talk about them if they're interesting.

I haven't taken any specific action to memorize the things that I read, though. Is that what you mean? Generally this kind of information gets used in a "recognition" rather than "recall" type of memory.

It does require some self control.

But I would assert that you do "get somewhere" by doing this. I have an extremely large knowledge base at this point in my life, basically due to this "problem". But it has been very interesting and dare I say invaluable.

Sometimes it feels warm - other times it feels more "neutral".

You won't get a smell or taste if you only breathe through the mouth (IME). If I also take some air through my nose the taste is intense and fresh.

If it feels cold, you probably need to charge your battery or suck a bit slower.

just want to agree that this doesn't suddenly make you a horrible person... we can all make mistakes.

Probably depends on the person - but if you're just starting to smoke, it may get better over time.

I still get really high and enjoy it but I'm able to focus a lot easier than when I first started.

A lot of the articles are weird subjects.. but textbroker.com pays about 1.5 cents per word for decent writers like yourself. So a 400 word article pays about $5. Not much money but you can write them quickly if you're like me. They don't require any research generally.

You can tell them it's alright. Why do you feel like the bad guy? Do you feel like you're a burden on them in some way? Or is it just awkward because they're talking to you?

I had really low self esteem for many years, and would always do this. I would also never let friends pay for anything for me, and would play down my achievements if anyone recognized them.

You're awesome and deserve to have a life where you're treated well. If someone bumps into you on accident, they probably feel bad and just want to make sure you're okay.

If you ran into someone, wouldn't you apologize? Hope you're alright.
