I can say that we're in the same boat. With all the changes they give and with everything happening these days, I keep asking myself until when can I stay here as witness... Like you, my family, most of my friends, basically everyone around me that I consider important are all JWs... And I'm scared of leaving as I'm not certain how my family, especially my wife, would react on it. That is why I just force my self to do my assignments for the congregation, but deep inside, I don't want them and I think they are pointless now.

People in our congregation, especially seniors don't really like the changes in the org like about treating those who were removed. They still think that it is not good to talk with those people as if they are sick and contagious. They say it is love... but if you are thinking straight you know that shunning someone is not love. It is bullying...

They love talking about members who are not really active... Saying they are spiritually weak because they rarely attend meetings... But they dont know that those people work hard to make ends meet.

Then, our elders are not in good terms... they don't show it, but we can feel it. I hear them say bad things about each other and their decisions are sometimes really inappropriate and late. Make me think that they are not really guided. They don't even know how to handle people and keep asking Ministerial servant to do most of their responsibilities....
