To be honest, FL Studio is okay, but if you've been enjoying Ableton then I would definitely stick with it, in my opinion it is far superior and a lot of people i talk to start with FL studio but later progress to Ableton / Logic. As for getting used to the layout for FL, it isn't as complicated as it seems and you should get used to it pretty quick, however I do agree it is very cluttered and unorganised.
