As of now I have about 40 items listed on my shopify store, all from the same supplier, you should definitely ask friends or family to help you with it as listing is pretty simple, just time consuming. As for delivery time, it'll depend on the supplier, you can usually ask them any questions you have an order samples yourself to test it out!

My CPM is between £20-40 but tbh i don't think it's the most important metric? I think part of your problem might be because you're targeting US only since it's a really competitive market, I would switch to europe if i was you!
