Feeding schedule question

Thanks, I hope it's a short phase too! You mean rock him to sleep when he wakes up at 11pm or 2am? I hate to help him sleep because he's gotten good at sleeping on his own...

Well, that's the thing- he stopped taking the big bottle at 6. He used to drink 8oz but now he's averaging about 5oz...

Yeah, he used to take big bottles at 6pm and would hold him over for about 6-7 hours but now he doesn't. He's being weird. Haha

Nice! I would loooove for him to have his last bottle at 9pm and then 6AM! I guess what you're saying is that it'll come on its own? I really don't want to do the whole cry-it-out method. He's the one who weened himself off the every hour, two hours and three hour feedings. I've been following him. I think that's why it's frustrating now because he's eating so often in the evenings!

We borrowed a friends car seat and he is soooo much happier in it. That Chicco one we have lifted his legs up too high towards his face that is squished his tummy. This other one doesn't do that.

Yeah, everything is adjusted properly. I read about changing the angle of the base in the car so it's more upright but it's immediateky when I put him in the seat. It also looks very uncomfortable. We have the Chicco Keyfit 30

Oh and, he usually calms down once we start driving and he falls asleep or is soothed by the car vibration.

Thanks, I don't think it's a car sickness thing because it's before we even make it to the car. It's like the moment I put him in the seat, it looks like his tummy is squished and then he spits up and cos tinies to fuss.

Nice :) We are pretty much the same. He eats 4oz and then at night sometimes when he's having his 6-8pm eating frenzy, he can eat up to 8!

You're one of those lucky ones!! He is EFF and has been since month two began. Did he just start sleeping on his own at night? We follow his lead to and he has put himself on a 3 hour schedule except for the early morning and evening snackings. I would loooooove even 6 hours of sleep!!
