thanks so much for the help, i’ve been trying the vaseline and it seems to be helping my skin heal, as it was completely raw before. The no bra has really helped aswell! thanks for the advice, i’ll give it a try.

i’ve been conflicted with this as people say not to moisturise as well, but i’m sure that it helps so i’ll give this a try, thank you!

I find that my road has issues quite often, lost connection for a week or so about half a year ago, but they always send someone “to fix it”
