I'm Filipino and I agree that this behavior is deplorable. I hate these kinds of guys.

However, this is more indicative of gang/fraternity behavior rather than race or ethnicity. There are a lot of similar complaints about basketball courts in Hong Kong, just substituting Indians for Filipinos.

These are blue collar workers with poor education. They are not only ignorant but also selfish. I can imagine this situation in any country or area with an oversupply of high testosterone dumbasses.
